Katie Cleman

My name is Katie and I am elated to be a part of the Portland Mental Health and Wellness team as a Patient Care Coordinator!

I moved to Portland after I graduated high school to study Psychology and Social Science at Portland State University, where I received a Bachelors of Arts. I have worked in customer support and services, hospitality, and in higher education. While studying Psychology, I adopted the postmodern view of the human experience, emphasizing the importance of individual backgrounds and unique perspectives that contribute to a fragmented picture of humanity. Helping others understand how the pieces of their own mental puzzles fit together is something that I am passionate about and honored to be a part of.

My interest in culture and humanity has led to my love for traveling, creating music, attending live shows (of pretty much anything), reading, and cooking good food.
