Pronouns: She/Her
I am a Clinical Social Worker Associate dedicated to employing strength-based, person-centered therapeutic approaches in my practice.I work with adults aged 18 and older. My previous work experiences include a background in community mental health and residential addiction services, where I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate complex trauma, relationships, depression, anxiety, and developing emotional regulation skills.
My work is rooted in the belief that each individual is the expert of their own life. I prioritize anti-oppressive practices, ensuring that every individual feels valued and heard. By fostering a collaborative and empowering relationship, I aim to create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
Incorporating queer and feminist theory into my practice, I strive to create an inclusive and affirming environment for all clients, particularly individuals within the LGBTQ+ community. I am deeply committed to addressing the unique challenges that individuals face within the systems we navigate day to day.
I understand that the journey toward healing and growth can be complex and deeply personal. I am here to support you as you uncover your strengths, confront challenges, and work toward your goals.
